There is a storm brewing in east Texas!
I'm learning alot about God's heart for missions. In the process I'm learning to worship and glorify Him with a desperate heart and a sense of urgency, because that is truly God's heart for the nations- that they would WORSHIP HIM. And so our motivation for missions should be to tell others about Jesus so that they could worship HIm as well.
"We should never be Christian humanists, taking Jesus to poor sinful people, reducing Jesus to some kind of product that will better their lot. People deserve to be damned, but Jesus, the suffering Lamb of God,
deserves the reward of His suffering"
-John Dawson
God is also taking me through His refining fire. And it's HARD, but, oh, so good. And necessary.
"Restore us oh God of hosts; let
Your face shine, that we may be saved! You brought a vine out of Egypt; You drove out the nations and planted it. You
cleared the ground for it; it took deep root and filled the land."
-psalm 80:7-9
I'm also learning to pray by faith with belief.
Continue to pray for God's will to be done through this whole ministry as we attempt to get to the harvest before it dries up, lest we be ashamed. Pray that we would reach this generation before the chariots of decption do, lest God give this generation over to their wickedness.
And pray for me please :)
